3 Simple Steps to a Healthier You:

• Order your test - Receive your unique sensitive testing kit in store or online
• Post Your Sample - Scan the QR code on the back of the provided sample bag OR enter the website URL printed on the card insert of the provided sample bag. Then type in the unique code listed on the label on the back of the sample bag, this will direct you to enter your personal information where your results will be sent. Take just a few strands of hair and place it into the included sealable sample bag.
• Get Your Results - We'll email your PDF results report using our secure platform within days of receiving your sample.

Requirements for sample:

• We only require a few hairs for testing: 4-5 strands if your hair is longer than 3cm or 8-10 strands if shorter than 3cm
• We test any body hair except pubic hair.
• When cutting the hair, please ensure you cut as close to the root as possible.
• Hair dye does not affect testing.

Once the hair sample is collected, please place strands into the included sealable sample bag ensuring the hair remains dry and secure during transit (please do not supply hair loose in the envelope). Place the sealable bag with the hair sample and your barcode attached into the secure mailing envelope provided. Mail out sample with provided mailing label and envelope.
